Town Rededication and Open House.
The event will be held on the Hwy. 17 curve in downtown Phelps. Plans for the event include a Farmer's market, food, beverages, music and a 10 a.m. visit from Governor Doyle and other state dignitaries. The Governor will speak to the community and "cut the ribbon" to celebrate the new roads and sidewalks throughout town.
