There will be a Phelps Special Town Meeting on Tuesday, December 8th, at 7pm at the fire department for reviewing four ordinances: overnight parking, citation, Junk Motor vehicle, and sidewalk.  The board would like to have input from the public before taking any action is taken."
 
 Its time for all of us to take an active part in our town.
